The patented Jumper mini (European Patent No. 2092964) is a multifunctional training device - made in Germany -: an air-filled trampoline ball made of durable Ruton on a glass-fiber-reinforced base plate.

The material is odorless, very durable up to 120 kg, and latex-free. A valve allows for adjustable air flow. The surface is non-slip, as is the base plate. The inwardly curved base plate creates an ingenious trampoline effect and allows for easy stacking without the need for stacking aids.

What does it do?
Its versatility allows you to train virtually all muscle groups, especially the deeper muscles that are important for general fitness. At the same time, balance, coordination, and sensorimotor skills are involuntarily improved. The trampoline effect also makes training a lot of fun. Due to its suitability for strengthening the back muscles, the Jumper has been awarded the AGR seal of approval by the Healthy Back Campaign - Better Living Association.

How does it work?
Depending on the exercise, the Jumper can be used while standing, jumping, sitting, or lying down. The air filling creates an unstable yet dynamic surface. You can jump, balance while standing, and do squats on the Jumper. You can train your abdominal muscles while sitting, and your back muscles while lying down. Jumping sideways is also possible, as the Jumper is designed to be non-slip. A comprehensive exercise poster with numerous training suggestions is included.
